You have three ways to create your signature. Draw it freehand with your mouse or touchscreen for a natural, handwritten appearance. Type your name and choose from a selection of signature-style fonts. Or upload an image of your handwritten signature (PNG with a transparent background works best) to use your actual ink signature digitally. Once created, you place the signature anywhere on the page by dragging it to the desired position and resizing it to fit.

The tool supports adding multiple signatures and initials across different pages of the same document, which is useful for contracts and agreements that require initials on each page. Your signature image and the resulting signed PDF are processed entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript — nothing is uploaded to our servers at any point.
